THE LODGE
Farm Style Accomodation

A unique venue and accomdation for your event. Aotea Lodge is a rustic barn conversion overflowing with old style charm and eclectic relics. The Lodge has a large central space for activities and the layout can be configured to suit your event.
A variety of rooms accommodates up to 6 - 10 adults, with 3 double and 3 single rooms, a bathroom, farm kitchen, large central living area, scenic deck, bush bathouse and sauna. The private Farmer's Cottage can also be booked alongside the barn.
THE LODGE ROOMS
There are two larger 'Lodge Rooms' located on the ground level. These rooms are more spacious and have two single beds. Guests share a bathroom on the ground floor as well as an outdoor bath house. Each room also contains a small sink.
THE LOFT ROOMS

There are four smaller "Loft Rooms" located upstairs in the mezzanine of the Lodge. There are two single rooms, a twin single and a queen room. Guests share a bathroom on the ground floor as well as the outdoor bath house. Each room also contains a small sink.
THE BATH HOUSE
To compliment the Lodge's shared bathroom, Aotea has added a charming outdoor Bath House. It has a private outlook over the trees and harbour. The Bath House comprises of two bathrooms with a clawfoot bath and shower. There is also a Sauna room heated by a wood fired stove. Perfect for a relaxing bath in nature!
The Farmer's cottage is a one bedroom self-contained cottage with a kitchen, bathroom and living area. Additionally, there is a pull-out sofa bed available on request. The cottage can be booked privately or together with the Lodge for events or functions requiring accommodation.

Speak to us about options such as table layouts, venue styling, and organic farm-to-fork catering options to create a truly magical day in the countryside. Guest accommodation at our Aotea Lodge and The Farmer's Cottage can provide beds for up to 14 guests with additional accommodation in the local area. Auckland city is an easy 1 hour drive for guests travelling to the venue.

Aotea Lodge and the surrounding Organic Farm provides an ideal destination for health / wellness retreats. If required, your event attendees can utilise our onsite accommodation at both Aotea Barn and The Farmer's Cottage. Speak to us to arrange a customised package or visit. .
