Architecturally designed and purpose built. the barn produces premium meats and artisan goods including beef, lamb, venison, fish, and vegan products
Echoing our family’s provenance, the building’s classic lines pay homage to traditional farming origins. Inside, we have meticulously designed the layout and equipment to facilitate organic food processing and curing to the highest standards.
Aotea Barn offers to full organic processing and clients the opportunity to develop premium artisan meats in collaboration with Aotea Organics and and our in-house chef as well as consultant Wilhelm Zabern.
